Your adventure begins early in the morning with a comfortable transfer from your hotel to the Ollantaytambo train station. Enjoy scenic views as you journey through the Sacred Valley.
06:10 – 06:40 hrs – Train ride from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes
Board the train (Expedition or Vistadome service, depending on your selection) and enjoy a scenic ride along the Urubamba River, passing through lush forests and Andean landscapes en route to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu.
08:20 – 08:50 hrs – Arrival in Aguas Calientes and bus to Machu Picchu
Upon arrival, your guide will meet you and assist with boarding the shuttle bus up the mountain to the Machu Picchu entrance.
09:30 – 12:00 hrs – Guided tour of Machu Picchu
